Sources and scope
We prefer the manufacturer’s manual or official support page for the relevant market. Each code meaning and safety check records its source and location. If a source gives broad advice without naming models, the page says exact model compatibility is unverified.
Automated publication checks
A guide appears only when its structured claims, cited sources, market, model scope, and permitted check types pass build checks. The build records a content and evidence hash for each published guide. These checks confirm the records are connected; they cannot prove that every sentence correctly represents its source. We correct or withdraw unsupported claims when found.
Safety limits
We limit practical steps to visible water taps and supply hoses backed by manufacturer guidance. We do not provide steps involving electrical work, internal components, gas, or refrigerant. When manufacturer guidance points to service, our guide does too.
